Antidote Chocolates Antidote: Super premium dark chocolate that is indeed healthy for you! They are a woman owned company founded in 2010. Antidote sets a standard in Dark Chocolate Bars. Our original flavor pairings are made with real bits and pieces of fruits, exotic spices and fragrant herbs (no essential oils or artificial flavors). We are proud to offer dark and milk chocolate bars containing a higher cacao content and much less sugar than other brands.
We are a group of Mexicans who are passionate about cacao. Our mission is to raise the quality of life of everyone involved in the process, from those who grow and harvest the land, to those who consume our bars.
Cuna de Piedra is an homage to Mexican cacao. The undying admiration for what is our own moves us to honor and praise it in everything we do.

Mirzam Chocolate Makers Single origin makers from Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Inspired by the spice route: Our single origin cocoa beans have been chosen for the diverse flavours you can experience when tasting and rich heritage, located along the maritime Spice Route that traders sailed hundreds of years ago to gather valuable ingredients to sell on to European buyers. Bean to bar chocolate: Using granite wheels, the roasted beans are ground for several days in a process which slowly decreases the molecule size to create incredibly smooth chocolate with no need for additional additives.
Our single origin collection is crafted from beans originating from Cuba, Vietnam, Indonesia, Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and India.
Handcrafted in the American Southwest
Drawing inspiration from local ingredients, we transform transparently-sourced cacao from all over the world into craft chocolate bars, bon bons, confections, desserts, and beverages.
The chocolate we make is truly a collaboration between ourselves and the farm workers who grow, harvest, ferment, and dry the cacao. Our goal is to honor their hard work by processing the cacao as minimally as possible to reveal the flavors inherent in the beans.
Only Coco The Breeze Wine Bar is proudly the only retailer in North America for this producer from Sussex, UK. Only Coco specializes in well crafted bars with exciting inclusions and 100% pure Ruby Chocolate bars. We first started our little chocolate business in 2016 with a small broken chocolate machine (fondly known as Lilly) from the Welsh valleys. We got to work, curating the best recipes and designs for our chocolate bars, sourcing only the best chocolate from around the world. All we needed was huge enthusiasm, truck loads of creativity and most importantly, a focus to bring quality handmade chocolate to the market.
Raaka Chocolate Raaka specializes in unroasted chocolate with creative seasonal inclusion flavors. "We simply love the bold, bright, and fruitier flavor of unroasted cacao beans. We couldn’t find these flavors in other chocolate since most of what is available is made with roasted cacao beans, so we decided to make our own."
Hand-Scooped Chocolate from Austria. Josef Zotter has reinvented chocolate – case in point: Hand-scooped Chocolates, which are basically giant bonbons. We are talking about veritable chocolate miracles consisting of several layers, which are spread by hand – one on top of the other – onto long lanes. This is how roses meet almonds, caramel meets fine praline and whisky meets bacon. Sometimes those original Zotter combinations are classic, sometimes eccentric, but they always produce a sublime and unique flavor experience.
Zotter has said goodbye to the ubiquitous chocolate cube patterns and dips his creations in a tender-melting, fine chocolate coat which covers a substantial, deliciously filled center, producing a wonderful bonbon effect. Zotter entirely rejects artificial flavoring and preservatives. All products are created by hand with love at Zotter’s in-house workshop, bean-to-bar and using fair traded ingredients, and then beautifully wrapped in elaborate and stunning designs by Andreas H. Gratze, who turns each individual chocolate bar into a beautiful, sensual present.
